Over the past 20 years, running a machining factory and keeping partner relationships with qualified sub-contractors, we have built our complete supply chain network and provided high-end products to dozens of offshore customers. But we’re far from being done building our history, and we hope to make you a part of our future.

We strive for accuracy and promptness from the beginning to the end of each production process. We pride ourselves on the fact that some of our customers have been cooperating with us for over 15 years. We use machines made by the world’s finest machine builders like Gleason, Doosan and Haas which can produce tolerances of .001 TP over 1M., and use Zeiss Contura CMM to measure everything we presently machine. We are willing to invest in any equipment necessary to manufacture your product if the business case presents itself.

Engineering Capabilities

There are nine senior engineers in Matson engineering team. They are responsible for technical communication with the customers and they take care of process management in the daily operations. It includes manufacturing process evaluation, design of fixtures and gages, SOP creation, on-site sample progress monitoring etc.

Aside from the precise machining, our engineers have 20 years’ experience working in foundries and forging plants, we can say our engineering team consists of experts in different manufacturing processes including:

Investment casting process for various steel castings
Sand casting process for various of grey and ductile iron castings
Gravity and die casting process for aluminum and brass castings
Free and die forging process for various of brass and steel forgings
Heat treatment processes like normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment
Surface treatment processes like painting, powder coat, FBE, zinc and nickel electric plating, ENP, Ecoat, anodizing, etc.

In the quotation phase, our engineering team is capable of assigning the best process that enjoys good quality and economical advantage for the component. We could meet the customer’s requirements while minimizing the manufacturing cost to improve the competitiveness of the customer product.

Our engineers are proficient in the application of software like Autocad, Solidworks, UG, and Pro/e and it’s our standard procedure to apply QFD and FMEA for any new product development. We can provide the prototype within the minimum lead time with the application of 3D printing and our five-axis machining center. The process could help our customers minimize the timeline of EVT, DVT, PVT and PM processes. All the operations can help our customers to release the new product in the market sooner to enjoy more market share.

Quality Capabilities

There are six engineers in our quality department who are responsible for the communications of both pre-sales and after-sales quality-related subjects. The majority of our quality engineers have experience working in world-class companies like Daikin, and Siemens as quality professionals.

They are know-how of different materials and manufacturing processes, which enables them to work with our engineering team to be deeply involved in the new product development. With APQP procedure to identify and eliminate the potential failure factors prior to our manufacturing to enjoy one-time success of the new product development.

In the production phase, our quality engineers are proficient in the applications of Minitab to conduct MSA, SPC then apply 8D, DIVE, PDCA and DMAIC to improve the quality of each component. It is a daily basis to make sure each order can be delivered within spec and on time to our valued customers.

WorkShop

Our CNC machining operation is set up with over 120 CNC machines to cover the full spectrum of machining services including turning, milling, drilling and grinding. Our part envelope is up to a 1.5M cube and weight capacity up to 2500KG.
